Soilbuild Group bags Tampines North Drive 4 site tender for $85.8m

Tender for the industrial site closed on 24 October.

JTC has awarded Soilbuild Group Holdings the tender for the industrial site at Tampines North Drive 4 (Plot 1) for $85,823,999.

The site spans 18,435.4 sqm with a gross plot ratio of 2.5. It is zoned in Business 2.

JTC expects to complete the project at the land parcel in 60 months.

JTC launched the tender for the site on 29 August 2023 and closed it on 24 October 2023, receiving two bids.
