Three Tras street shophouses at Tanjong Pagar for sale via EOI

The portfolio has a collective guide price at $50.8m.

Savills Singapore has announced the sale of three Tras street shophouses in Tanjong Pagar via expression of interest (EOI).

The portfolio, known as the Tras Street collection, consists of three 3-storey plus mezzanine shophouses located at 50, 52, and 74 Tras street.

The shophouse located at 50 Tras street has a guide price of $15.3m with a total land area of approximately 1,517 sq. ft. and a floor area of 4,500 sq. ft.

The second shophouse at 52 Tras street has a guide price of $16.13m with a land area of approximately 1,560 sq. ft and a floor area of 4,747 sq. ft.

The last shophouse at 74 street has a guide price of $19.39m with a land area of approximately 2,068 sq. ft and a floor area of 5,705 sq. ft.

Approval for restaurant use has been given to the ground floors of 50 and 74 Tras street.

Foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase the properties with no additional payables for buyer’s stamp duty (ABSD) and seller’s stamp duty (SSD).

EOI closes on Thursday, 2 May 2024 at 3pm.
