Tuan Sing acquires $28m in assets from PT Senimba Bay Resort

The acquisitions include a ferry terminal.

Tuan Sing Holdings, through its subsidiaries, has acquired $28m worth of assets from PT Senimba Bay Resort.

The company acquired a ferry terminal, 80.8 hectares of land, six shophouses, and 15.65% shares at PT Hean Yi Marina Perkasa.

Tuan Sing Holdings will complete all transactions in stages over the next 12 months.

Post-acquisition, PT Senimba Bay Resort will manage, operate, and maintain the Ferry Terminal for two years on a profit-sharing basis with Opus Bay Harbour, a subsidiary of Tuan Sing Holdings.
