Tuas South Link industrial site launched for tender

It has a site area of 5,953.3 sq m.

An industrial site at Tuas South Link 3 is launched by JTC for tender as the third of six confirmed List sites for the second half 2018 IGLS Programme, an announcement revealed.

With a site area of 5,953.3 sq m, the plot has a gross permissible plot ratio of 1.4 and a B2 zoning.

The newly launched site is near the Tuas Biomedical Park Recreational and to other amenities such as Raffles Marina.

The land parcel enjoys accessibility to the Ayer Rajah Expressway and Pan-Island Expressway and is also near Second Link. It is also conveniently located near four MRT stations on the Tuas West Extension.

“Parties interested to participate in the tender for this sale site are advised to purchase a developer's packet,” JTC said.

The tender will close on 20 November at 11 am.
