UOL group buys nine-storey commercial building for $79.3m

The company plans to fuse it with its own commercial towers.

Property conglomerate UOL Group has acquired from K.H. KEA Properties, a nine-story commercial building known as KH KEA Building for $79.3m.

KH KEA Building has a 999-year leasehold and land area of 435.2 sqm.

It is located adjacent to UOL’s Odeon Towers where the company plans to explore possible enhancement works involving the combination of the two.
