Yanlord Land sets up three new subsidiaries in Shanghai, China

Companies will focus on property development and management.

Yanlord Land Group Limited (Yanlord Land) formed three subsidiaries in Shanghai, China through a wholly-owned subsidiary Nanjing Renyuan Investment Co., Ltd. (Nanjing Renyuan).

According to an announcement, the three companies are named Shanghai Renhang Real Estate Co. Ltd., Shanghai Renrui Real Estate Co. Ltd., and Shanghai Rensheng Real Estate Co. Ltd.

Nanjing Renyuan will hold 100% interest in all companies. All were registered for $2m (CNY10m).

The three will also focus on property development and management.

Yanlord Land does not expect the transactions to affect company performance for the financial year.
