Dr Philip Nalliah Pillai joins CapitaLand as director

He was formerly a judge of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

CapitaLand announced the appointment of Dr Philip Nalliah Pillai as independent non-executive director.

Dr Pillai, 66, will also be a member of the Audit Committee and member of the Corporate Disclosure Committee.

He was judge of the Supreme Court of Singapore from 2010 to 2012, judicial commissioner of the Supreme Court of Singapore from 2009 to 2010 and joint managing partner Allen & Overy, Shook Lin & Bok JLV from 2000 to 2008, according to a CapitaLand report.
