Ben Lim

Ben Lim is the co-CEO of SHADO Group. He started his career as a research scientist with IBM RESEARCH (Canada) and then as Senior Manager for Accenture (previously known as Andersen Consulting) before joining Standard Chartered Bank as their Group Information Systems’ Head for Corporate & Institutional Banking in Singapore.

Returning to his technology background, in 2014 he co-founded SHADO INTERNATIONAL GROUP to specialise in advanced Electric Vehicle engineering and technologies.

Ben has served as Industry Advisor to the National University of Singapore’s School of Computing for over 13 years. With a strong depth and breadth of knowledge in software, electronics and working experiences in large corporations before managing start-up operations especially in logistics and taxi fleet in emerging countries, Ben brings a wealth of experience to the management team of SHADO.

Benedict Soh is Vice President, EcoBusiness Division at Schneider Electric.

Benjamin Chiang

Benjamin Chiang is an enthusiast of good advertising, deep thinking and labour issues. He is also a private student of law with the University of London.

Benjamin Lim

Benjamin is the Director of the Tax Division of InCorp Global. He has over 20+ years of tax experience, spending more than 13 years working for the Big 4 accounting firms and being an in-house tax advisor.

With more than 8 years of experience working in the commercial and financial sectors, he is adept in providing in-house tax support to stakeholders — from tax advisory and planning, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax reporting. Benjamin provides advisory to fund managers and family offices on structuring as well as applicable tax incentives.

Benjamin has also worked with SMEs, multinational corporations, and publicly-listed companies from diverse industries, offering tax advisory and planning, corporate restructuring, M&A, business model optimization, tax ruling requests, tax incentives application, tax risk mitigation, and tax reporting services on complex projects.

Benjamin Loh

Benjamin Loh is the Managing Director & Principal Trainer of Flare Communications Coaching. He is one of the youngest Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in Asia Pacific, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Reiss Profile® Master, and a Certified Extended DISC® Professional. His work in entrepreneurship and activism has also been covered on over 30 occasions on over 10 media platforms.

Benjamin Low

Benjamin Low is the Vice President of Sales for Asia Pacific at Milestone Systems. He has more than 20 years of experience in cyber security, IT networking and software. Prior to joining Milestone in 2015, Benjamin was Managing Director for Asia Pacific for Guidance Software, a world leading company in digital investigative solutions. In this role, he scaled up the organization by driving their business through a combination of channel partners and security vendors resulting in record sales.

Benjamin has also worked with Computer Associates, Entrust, Cisco and McAfee, running their operations in Asia Pacific. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Adelaide in Australia, and has attended the Graduate Program in International Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in the US.

Benjamin Soh

Benjamin Soh is the co-founder and Managing Director of #STACS, a Singaporean Fintech firm focused on the capital markets industry and use cases. The company's proprietary Settlity platform is an award-winning complete blockchain infrastructure built specifically for finance, and its key clients are banks, stock exchanges and asset managers. Ben is also a serial FinTech entrepreneur and previously founded a successful multinational, regulated B2B FinTech firm with more than 500 employees in 6 countries, serving the needs of more than 100 financial services firms worldwide, with a focus on FinTech, Blockchain and Information Security sectors. He became an investor and founded an investment firm serving multi-family offices and focused on technology and real estate investments. He is now back in full-time entrepreneurial action with a calling to again enable the financial industry on the B2B level, with #STACS. Ben was named FINTECH LEADER in the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) Awards 2020.

Bernhard Kotanko, Vishal Kaushik, and Joydeep Sengupta

Bernhard Kotanko is a Senior Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Hong Kong office, Joydeep Sengupta is a Senior Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Singapore office, and Vishal Kaushik is an Associate Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Singapore office.

Bernhard leads McKinsey's insurance work in Asia, serving financial services companies across Asia–Pacific, mainly in Greater China, Singapore, India, Australia, Indonesia, Japan, and Korea.

Joydeep focuses on helping leading institutions around the world transform the performance and health of their businesses. He has deep expertise in architecting and leading multiyear business transformations with a large variety of institutions across Asia and Europe.

Vishal has over 17 years of deep expertise in the affluent banking and wealth and asset management industry.

Bhavani Prakash

Bhavani Prakash is a speaker, trainer, facilitator, and writer engaging with individuals and companies around sustainability, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology. She has presented at both TEDxSingapore and TEDxSingaporeWomen and in a multitude of forums and organisations. She founded and runs the green jobs portal Green Collar Asia as well as the non-profit website Eco WALK the Talk.
