Keppel O&M accelerates delivery of three jackup rigs to Borr Drilling

All three rigs will be delivered with full payments.

Keppel O&M has agreed to speed up the delivery of three of five undelivered jackup rigs to Borr Drilling for US$352, of which US$158m will be payable in 2022.

Under the amended and restated framework deed with Borr Drilling and its subsidiaries, Keppel O&M will deliver three jackup rigs to the company between October 2022 and July 2023.

All three rigs will be delivered with full payments that include holding costs and cost cover.

The remaining two rigs have been deferred until 2025. Borr Drilling will pay holding costs and cost cover for the two rigs..
