AXA Insurance launches issuance investment-linked plan

Customers can choose a mortgage insurance premium running from 10-30 years.

AXA Insurance has launched AXA Wealth Accelerate, an issuance (i.e., no medical underwriting) investment-linked plan that will help the firm differentiate the new offering from most non-insurers’ investment products.

Its features include a start-up bonus over the first five years of up to 200% of first year premium, a coverage against death and terminal illnesses with no insurance charges and a “Life Replacement Option” (LRO), which allows the policyholder to change the life assured to his/her spouse or child below 18 years old.

Customers can choose a mortgage insurance premium (MIP) of 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 years and invest in SGD or USD with a minimum annual premium of $3,600 or US$2,520 respectively.

The firm will also roll out its AXA Quick Saver as a limited-time offer, a three-year single premium savings plan with no medical underwriting. It is said to have guaranteed returns in the market at 2.5% pa for three years.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
