EFGH names new executives ahead of NYSE listing

The roles cover CEO office execution, M&A strategy, and organisational readiness functions.

Embed Financial Group Holdings (EFGH), a Singapore-headquartered digital financial infrastructure company, has appointed three senior executives as it prepares for a proposed listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

The appointments, which took effect immediately, span group leadership, internal execution, and corporate development functions, according to a company statement.

Eugene Leow, previously global chief of communications, has been redesignated as deputy group CEO where he will oversee operational effectiveness, AI-enabled workflow integration, and corporate communications.

He will also continue to work with founder and executive chairman Dennis Ng on strategic priorities.

EFGH also appointed Lynn Goon as group head of the CEO office. She will be responsible for cross-functional execution and ensuring leadership priorities are implemented across markets and functions.

Tracey Guo has been named group head of corporate development, where she will oversee investor relations and mergers and acquisitions activities across EFGH’s markets in Asia and Africa.

The company said the new roles are intended to support organisational readiness for public market requirements, including execution discipline and investor engagement processes.

According to EFGH, the leadership changes are part of preparations for operating under listed company standards, including compliance and reporting obligations.

The appointments were announced ahead of the company’s proposed NYSE listing timeline, which has not yet been finalised.
