GS Holdings Limited has acquired local food and beverage importer and distributor Dyspatchr for $1.52m, extending the group’s range of international spirits.

Dyspatchr is a distributor of unique and fine beer, wine and spirits in Singapore that has grown its revenue by over 550% from 2019 to 2024.

This is GS Holdings’ third F&B acquisition following the purchase of Octopus Distribution Networks and LHA Food & Beverages.
