SunMoon Food CEO Zhang Ye has acquired an additional 401,000 shares in the company, according to a bourse filing.
The shares were purchased for a total of $6,417.
Following the transaction, Chua’s direct interest increased to 6.44 million shares, up from 6.04 million previously.
His stake in the company now stands at 0.71%.
