Foo holds a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from NUS.

Raffles Medical Group has named Terence Foo as its new Chief Technology Officer.

Before his appointment, Foo was Executive Director of Deloitte Technology and Transformation, South-East Asia.

In addition, he spent 25 years at Accenture prior to his role at Deloitte Consulting.

Foo holds a degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore.
