Club Street hotel site up for tender

It can yield up to 390 rooms.

A hotel site in Club Street is launched for public tender by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) under the Confirmed List of the second half of the Government Land Sales (GLS) programme.

With a site area of 5,121.4 sq m, the site can potentially yield up to 390 hotel rooms. Its gross floor area is 24,310 sq m and a 99-year lease period.

Situated along the junction of Cross Street and Club Street, the land parcel is in close proximity to the China Square area and Central Business District. It will also build on the existing cluster of hotels such as Parkroyal on Pickering, The Scarlet Hotel and upcoming hotel developments at Far East Square and China Square.

The site will also be connected to Chinatown MRT interchange stationand Telok Ayer MRT station. It is just footsteps away from the future Maxwell MRT station.

The tender will close on 12 noon of 15 January 2019.
