Raffles Education mulls land buy for Raffles American School

The company intends to acquire the 45-acre land to construct and develop the Raffles American School in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

The Board of Directors of Raffles Education Corp Ltd. said the company, through its subsidiary Raffles K12 Sdn Bhd, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement in respect of the acquisition of the land.

The planned Raffles American School in Malaysia will cater to students from Kindergarten to Year 12, in line with Raffles Education’s plans to expand into the international school business.
