The resident non-student population aged 25 years and over with at least post-secondary qualifications was 47% in 2011.

The Department of Statistics reported:

The educational profile of the resident population continued to improve over the years. The resident non-student population aged 25 years and over with at least post-secondary qualifications was 47 per cent in 2011, up from 29 per cent in 2001. The share of university graduates also increased significantly from 14 per cent in 2001 to 25 per cent in 2011.
