Dexter Tay begins duty as CASE executive director

He succeeded Lee Siow Hwee.

The Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) has appointed Dexter Tay Hai Hong as its new executive director, succeeding Lee Siow Hwee on 1 April.

Before working with CASE, Tay worked in various agencies, including the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, NTUC, Ministry of Transport, and Land Transport Authority.

Tay also holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore.
