According to a recent online study by JobsCentral, interviewers revealed some of the strangest job candidates they have come across.

The online study was conducted among 396 hiring managers and HR personnels between 13 August and 14 September 2012. Here are the 25 real-life bizarre interview encounters:

1. Candidate doodles on his resume while talking

2. Candidate brought all the trophies he won since his schooling days

3. Candidate showed up for the interview in a hat and Hawaiian shirt

4. Candidate answered her phone mid-interview and taught her mother how to cook a dish

5. Candidate stalked female interviewer at the staff entrance

6. Candidate kept sucking his thumb before speaking

7. Candidate kept looking at interviewer closely with his mouth open

8. Candidate brought along her 7 year old brother whom she was babysitting

9. Candidate started crying when she talked about her family problems

10. Candidate carefully laid out all her stationaries on the table

11. Candidate insisted on only speaking to the CEO

12. Candidate started singing the national anthem and refused to stop

13. Candidate asked interviewer out for a date

14. Candidate brought her mother to sit in for interview
