Knight Frank agents joins OrangeTee as real estate agency business shuts
OrangeTee is now the 4th biggest property agency by registered salespersons.
Some employees of KF Property Network will move to OrangeTee after Knight Frank decided to exit the real estate agency business.
In a statement, OrangeTee said it has signed an agreement with Knight Frank that will allow eligible KF Property Network (KFPN) salespersons to transition to OrangeTee & Tie, ensuring continuity for clients while supporting the long-term growth of their businesses.
The agreement follows extensive strategic discussions that began in late 2025, OrangeTee said.
The move comes as Knight Frank sharpens its focus on its strategic core business priorities and closer regional integration.
Based on the latest Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) public register as of June 2026, KFPN has approximately 97 registered salespersons, while OrangeTee has approximately 2,567 registered salespersons.
OrangeTee said this positions the firm as Singapore's fourth-largest property agency by registered salespersons.
