Learning and development delivers 32% AI ROI as firms audit Q2 performance

ManpowerGroup survey shows Learning & Development leads AI ROI, ahead of talent acquisition and safety.

Learning and development is the top area where employers in Singapore report returns from artificial intelligence, cited by 32% of respondents, according to the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey for the second quarter of 2026.

The survey also found that scheduling and forecasting follow at 17%, whilst team performance is cited by 12% of respondents.

Talent acquisition accounts for 10%, safety or compliance 9%, and attrition prediction 8%.

Some employers reported limited or no measurable benefits, with 10% stating they have not realised any return on investment from AI to date and 2% indicating they are unsure.
