Friven & Co. hires Kinderdijk for bedding and bedlinen products

Deal enables company to focus on brand management, design and development while expanding its distribution channels.

Friven & Co. Ltd. (“Friven & Co”), has appointed on Wednesday Kinderdijk Sdn Bhd (“Kinderdijk”) as its sole distributor for its bedding and bedlinen products in Singapore and Malaysia. This arrangement enables Friven & Co to streamline its operations and focus on brand management, design and development, and manufacturing of its bedding and bedlinen products, as mentioned in a Friven & Co. report.

Friven & Co’s bedding and bedlinen products are sold under its “Allegoria”, “DS”, “Friven”, “Perrin de Rossi” and “Relax at Home” brands. Friven & Co and Kinderdijk will also actively collaborate to develop new bedding and bedlinen products to be sold under the various brands.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr Gary Loh, Executive Chairman of Friven & Co said, “The appointment of a strategic distribution partner like Kinderdijk allows Friven & Co to expand the market and distribution channels for our various brands in Singapore and Malaysia. This also allows us to focus on the higher value activities such as brand management and product design and development.”

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
