Jardine C&C expands board with Jean-Pierre Felenbok

Felenbok chairs the Harvard Business School Club of Singapore.

Jardine Cycle & Carriage (Jardine C&C) has tapped PT Bain Indonesia Chairman Jean-Pierre Felenbok to become a non-executive independent director.

Felenbok, chairman of the Harvard Business School Club of Singapore, will officially join Jardine C&C’s board on 29 April.

As Felebok lack prior experience as a director of a listed company, the company said he will undergo training.

Before he was appointed a board member of Jardine C&C, Felenbok served as a managing partner for Bain Southeast Asia and Bain Indonesia.
