InnoTek names Timothy Chia Chee Ming as director

His vast experience and industry knowledge is expected to be a valuable asset to the group.

InnoTek Limited announced the appointment of Timothy Chia Chee Ming as non-executive, independent director.

Mr Chia, 64, has extensive experience as director of several private and public-listed companies and government-linked companies in Singapore and abroad.

He is currently the chairman of Hup Soon Global Corporation in Singapore and chairman-Asia of Coutts & Co. He is also a director of Fraser and Neave and Banyan Tree Holdings (both listed on the Singapore Exchange), among others. Besides his directorships, Mr. Chia is a member on the Board of Trustees of Singapore Management University.

Mr. Chia graduated with a Bachelor of Science cum laude in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University in the United States, according to an InnoTek release.
