Ong Sim Ho steps down as Innovalues' independent director

He sought to devote more time to his professional legal practice after his more than 10 years at the board.

The Board of Innovalues announced the resignation of Ong Sim Ho as independent director.

Mr Ong, 44, was the lead independent director and a member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to an Innovalues report.

He was appointed to the post 9 February 2001.
