Chua Hwee Song has vacated his post as a non-executive director and member of the nomination and remuneration committee at Singapore Press Holding REIT (SPH REIT).
In a bourse filing, SPH REIT said Chua, 54, resigned due to personal reasons on 7 July.
He became a non-executive director on 30 November 2018.
Chua holds 3,910 units in SPH Reit.
