Daily Markets Briefing: STI down 0.2%

SGX saw the sharpest decline amongst top active stocks with a 2.05% contraction.

The Straits Times Index (STI) ended 5.14 or 0.2% lower at 2,629.69.

The top active stocks were DBS, which slipped 0.52%, UOB which dipped 0.72%, Singtel, which fell 0.79%, SGX which dropped 2.05%, and CapitaLand with a 0.68% contraction.

The FTSE Mid Cap inched down 0.42%, whilst the FTSE Small fell 0.96%.
