Hanwha Ocean closes conditional cash offer for Dyna-Mac with 95.15% ownership

This will enable Hanwha Ocean to delist Dyna-Mac

Dyna-Mac Holdings Ltd has announced that the conditional cash offer by Hanwha Ocean SG Holdings Pte Ltd has closed on 20 November, with Hanwha Ocean acquiring 1,188,655,282 shares or 95.15% ownership.

Dyna-Mac Holdings has also lost its free float requirement of at least 10% publicly held shares. This will enable Hanwha Ocean to delist Dyna-Mac from SGX-ST.

Trading of Dyna-Mac shares was suspended on 21 November at 9 AM.
