Tuas pharmaceutical facility put up for sale at $90m

The nine-hectare site has about 535,000 sq ft of untapped gross floor area for potential expansion.

A pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at 21 Tuas South Avenue 6 has been put up for sale by private treaty at an indicative price of $90m.

Cushman & Wakefield, the exclusive marketing agent, said the property occupies about 935,341 square feet (sq ft) of land and has an existing gross floor area of 397,387 sq ft.

With a plot ratio of 1.0, the site provides approximately 535,000 sq ft of untapped gross floor area, including a greenfield parcel that could support expansion or redevelopment.

The ready-built facility has about 32 years remaining on its tenure, with nominal annual land rent payable.

It is located within Tuas Biomedical Park, near pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and the upcoming Tuas Mega Port.

Cushman & Wakefield said the location could support more efficient global distribution of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
