Brand New Land launches four freehold terrace homes in District 11

Prices at the Solstice development start from $9.38m, with completion targeted for the second half of 2027.

Brand New Land Group has launched Solstice, a collection of four freehold terrace houses at Tan Sim Boh Road in Singapore’s prime District 11.

The development comprises two corner terraces and two inter-terrace homes, with asking prices ranging from $9.4m to $12.3m.

The two inter-terrace units are priced at $9.38m each, whilst the corner homes are listed at $11.88m and $12.28m. Prices range from approximately $4,406 to $4,764 per square foot on land.

Each three-storey home will have five bedrooms, 4+1+1 bathrooms, and a home lift.

Estimated land areas range from 1,969 to 2,787 square feet (sq ft), whilst built-up areas span about 5,100 to 5,800 sq ft.

Solstice is situated within the Chancery Vicinity landed enclave, near the Bukit Tunggal Good Class Bungalow area. Novena MRT station is about a 15-minute walk from the development.

The project’s Temporary Occupation Permit application is expected in the second half of 2027.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
