Bukit Timah freehold hilltop estate launched for sale at $55m
The land parcel was priced at $2,273.57 per square foot.
A rare freehold hilltop estate in District 11 has been launched for sale via private treaty with a guide price of $55m, translating to $2,273.57 per square foot based on its land area of 24,189 sq. ft., according to a PropNex press release.
Completed in 1953, the estate sits behind mature greenery and is elevated from the main road, providing significant privacy within one of Singapore’s established residential enclaves. Its positioning offers an arrival sequence that is uncommon in the Bukit Timah area, with the residence revealed only upon entry through a gently rising driveway.
The land parcel, zoned under URA’s 3-storey mixed landed designation, offers redevelopment potential supported by its natural elevation and regular configuration.
Current feasibility studies indicate capacity for four detached homes, with alternative configurations including mixed detached and semi-detached layouts or up to ten landed units, subject to approval.
