Intraco lists SGD and USD commercial paper series in SDAX

The digital securities have an annual interest rate of 4.4% and 6.2%, respectively.

Mainboard-listed Intraco Limited issued its fifth series of commercial paper in digital securities denominated in Singapore Dollars under the SDAX CP Facility Programme, the SGD CP Series 005 Tokens, with a tenor of 42 days and an annual interest rate of 4.4%.

The company also issued its first series under the USD CP Series 001 Tokens with a 42-day tenor and a 6.2% interest rate per annum.

The SGD CP Series 005 Tokens raised $5.96m, whilst the USD CP Series 001 Tokens secured $2.80m (US$2.08m) from accredited investors, with both series listed on the SDAX Exchange on 4 April.

For the SGD CP Series 005 Tokens, $2.18m was subscribed by associates of Intraco's controlling shareholders and its executive chairman, amounting to 36.6% of the SGD CP Series 005 Tokens.

Meanwhile, $2.69m (US2.0m) from the USD CP Series 001 Tokens was subscribed by associates of Intraco's controlling shareholders, amounting to 96.2% of the USD CP Series 001 Tokens.
