Net property income of ARA H-Trust rises 15.1% YoY to US$47.7m in FY23

The REIT attributed the increase to improved revenues and robust operational performance.

ARA US Hospitality Trust (ARA H-Trust) ended FY23 with a 15.1% YoY higher net property income of US$47.7m ($1.14m).

In a bourse filing, the REIT said improved revenues and robust operation performance lifted its NPI for the period.

In FY23, the REIT recorded a 3.8% YoY increase in its revenue to reach US$175.5m ($235.8m)

With higher NPI and revenue, the REIT declared a distribution per staple security (DPS) of US$0.03430 ($0.046), a 12.3% increase from FY22.
