Paragon REIT puts unit trading on hold

This is ahead of the buyout developments.

Paragon REIT has suspended the trading of its units at 9 a.m. on 15 May, according to a bourse filing.

In February, Cuscaden Peak Pte. Ltd proposed to buy out the trust at $0.98 per unit in cash—a price that’s 7.1% above Paragon REIT’s estimated net asset value.
