Seedflex secures $4.1m in latest funding round
Proceeds will be used for expansion.
Seedflex secured $4.1m (US$3.2m) in a seed extension round co-led by Z Venture Capital (ZVC) and Iterative, with participation from existing investor 500 Global and strategic angel investors.
The capital will support Seedflex’s plans to scale its business and operations into new Southeast Asian markets. Preparations to launch in Indonesia are already underway.
Seedflex aims to help underserved businesses in Emerging Asia and improve access to credit for cashless commerce.
In 2024, the company introduced its proprietary Pay-As-You-Sell Advance (PAYS Advance) in Malaysia. The credit solution automatically adjusts loan amounts and repayments based on merchants’ sales revenue.
Seedflex works with more than 10 merchant ecosystems in Malaysia, including Curlec, senangPay, EasyEat, CHIP, and ipay88, extending PAYS Advance to a network of approximately 80,000 micro, small, and medium enterprises.
