Wing Tai chairman’s wife acquires 70,000 shares

The financial details of the purchase were not disclosed.

Helen Chow, wife of Wing Tai Holdings' Chairman Cheng Wai Keung, has acquired 70,000 shares in the company, according to a filing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on 5 September. 

The financial details of the purchase were not disclosed.

With this latest acquisition, Chow and her husband now hold a combined total of 468.44 million shares. This represents 61.51% of Wing Tai's total ordinary voting shares.
