Elite UK REIT rejoins FTSE indices with market cap at $386.1m

Its average daily turnover improved 2.5 times since 2024 exclusion.

Elite UK REIT has been included in the FTSE Global Micro-Cap Index and the FTSE Global Total Cap Index following a 48% rise in market capitalisation to $386.1m (GBP 225.8m), according to a filing.

The REIT’s one-year average daily turnover improved 2.5 times since its exclusion from the indices on 23 August 2024 due to liquidity requirements.

The constituent changes will take effect after the close of business on 20 March 2026.

Elite UK REIT had a total asset value of $726.2m (GBP 424.7m) as at 31 December 2025, with 148 properties across the UK.
