KIT achieves 2.5 times subscription for $200m private placement

The final price per unit for the private placement was $0.438 apiece.

Keppel Infrastructure Trust's (KIT) $200m private placement was 2.5 times subscribed, with demand driven by new and existing institutional investors and accredited investors. 

The final price per unit for the private placement was $0.438 apiece. The issue price represents a discount of 6.0% to the volume weighted average price (VWAP) of $0.4662 per unit for 26 August.

KIT will issue 456.6 million new units through the private placement and expects to raise $200m from the issuance. 

It will list the placement units on SGX-ST on 5 September, 9 a.m.
