NoonTalk Media makes Catalist debut at $0.225

It will trade under the stock code “SEJ.”

One of Singapore's leading Chinese media entertainment companies, NoonTalkMedia, made its debut on the Catalist on 22 November at $0.225. It will trade under the stock code “SEJ.”

NoonTalkMedia’s co-founder, Dasmond Koh, said the company’s entry to the Catalist will allow them to enhance their exposure, access a more diverse pool of investors, and expand their regional footprint.

“We are heartened by the positive reception to our IPO as it reflects investors’ recognition of the intrinsic value of our business and our growth potential,” Koh said.

SGX Securities, for its part, welcomed the media company’s entry to the platform.

“This listing is opportune, enabling NoonTalk to tap the market for additional capital to support its next growth phase as it looks to expand its footprint regionally,” SGX Group’s Global Head of Equity Capital Markets, Mohamed Nasser Ismail, said.
