Addlly streamlines brand marketing using AI agents

Yearly packages start from as low as $3,500 for small companies.

Singapore-based startup Addlly AI creates customised artificial intelligence (AI) agents that help companies in brand marketing without complicated instructions.

"[Our] platform is the only one of its kind in Asia creating AI agents,” Addlly CEO Tina Chopra told Singapore Business Review. “On our platform, everything starts with understanding and analysis. It’s a deep tech platform that uses a lot of AI, including machine learning.”

“Data security is of prime importance to enterprises and tools. Tools like ChatGPT can be very helpful, but they need a lot of prompting, and a lot of process adoption to workflows,” she said via Zoom.

Addlly is a mix of the words “add” and “ally”and the company seeks to create a “friend” for enterprises seeking refuge in technology but are too overwhelmed by complex tools.

“It’s like having a virtual employee who doesn’t get tired, who’s with you, can learn as you go along, knows everything you know, and is there to assist you and your team especially with knowing your brand tone,” Chopra said.

Addlly’s AI agents are pre-trained to handle both the input and output creation process from content structuring to the deployment of deliverables.

Chopra said these agents are pre-trained to create non-generic content for enterprises  delivered in several languages.

In just two years since it started, Addlly has secured long-term clients, including government agencies, large corporations, and small and medium enterprises (SME).

“We're part of the IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority) AI sandbox, which catalysed the onboarding of more than 23 customers so far,” she said.

Small and medium enterprises (SME) that adopt automation and productivity tools such as Addlly’s sotfware-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions can get as much as 50% funding from the government.

“Our annual packages start from as low as $3,500 nett for [small] companies, depending on their output and needs,” Chopra said. “For large enterprises, pricing depends on how deep or detailed they want the solution to be.”

In February, the startup closed its seed funding round, bringing its total capital to more than $1.2m. The funding will let Addlly expand its proprietary AI marketing content agents and pursue international expansion.

“Apart from Southeast Asia, our immediate focus is to [expand] to the Middle East market and then the US market,” she said.

Addlly also aims to expand its products to other sectors such as e-commerce and finance. “We want to be a content partner—AI agents that support the entire workflow. That could mean internal use cases, external communications, or stakeholder engagement.”

Chopra said Addlly wants to differentiate itself by helping companies not just with marketing content.

“Marketing is only one part of the content organizations create,” she said. “They also generate a lot of internal content. Imagine things like internal marketing, document analysis, and other use cases.”
