AEM Holdings reverses losses to $4.02m profit in 9M
Improvement of product mix and higher contributions from test solutions drove profit.
AEM Holdings Ltd. has reported a net profit of $4.023m for the first nine months (9M) of 2025, recovering from a net loss in the same period last year.
As for revenue in 9M, AEM reported a 16% growth to hit $287.54m.
"This performance was driven primarily by the ramp into high-volume manufacturing at its major AI / HPC customer, along with the pull-in of orders related to its non-cancellable, long-dated purchase order program with one of the Group’s customers in both [first half of 2025] and [third quarter of 2025]," a bourse filing said.
Test cell solutions segment delivered $182.2m or a 35.5% increase, which was pushed by increased production and customer acceptance of its package test solutions.
Its contract manufacturing segment, however, contributed revenue of $99.5m or a decline by 7.9%, due to lower end-customer demand amidst ongoing global trade uncertainties, it said.
Profit before tax totalled $6.2m, a surge of 592.2% over the same period last year as it improved product mix and saw higher contributions from test solutions.
