GRP Limited appoints new contractor for housing project in Malaysia

GRP Limited has appointed a new main contractor, RSK Global Visions (M) Sdn Bhd in place of EESB to complete its housing project in Seri Iskandar, Perak, Malaysia.

Following the contract award and a preliminary review of its third quarter financial results, the group expects a significant net loss compared to third quarter of 2024. The loss is attributable to higher total project costs and liquidated and ascertained damages resulting from the delay.
