HealthBank to list 15.5 million new shares for private investor

It's sold at $2.7 cents per share.

HealthBank Holdings Ltd. has proposed the placement of up to 15,500,000 new ordinary shares at 2.727 cents per share for private investor Zhao Ziqing, for a total cash consideration of $422,686.

The proceeds from the placements “will strengthen [HealthBank’s] financial position and flexibility to capitalise on growth opportunities,” the company said in a bourse filing.

The cash consideration will be paid in two tranches. The first 50% will be paid before the seventh business day from the subscription agreement’s execution, whilst the second tranche will be paid within 100 calendar days from the date of the subscription agreement.

The issue price of  0.02727 per new share is a 10% discount to the volume weighted average of trades done on the Singapore Exchange on 2 October 2025.

After issuance, HealthBank Holdings’ will have a total of 109.8 million ordinary shares, with the new shares making up approximately 14.12% of the enlarged share capital.
