Keppel DC REIT posts 38.4% profit surge driven by property gains

Distribution per unit rose 9.8% year on year to $0.10381.

Keppel DC REIT’s profit after tax surged by 38.4% to $434.7m for FY2025, boosted by a net fair value gain of $161.6m on its investment properties.

Distribution per unit rose 9.8% year on year to $0.10381, translating to a yield of 4.61% based on the REIT’s closing price of $2.25 per unit.

Distributable income surged 55.2% to $268.1m, driven by contributions from newly acquired data centres in Singapore and Tokyo, as well as higher contract renewals and escalations.

Gross revenue jumped 42.2% to $441.4m.
