Over one-third of SEA’s top employers have SG presence

Capella Hotels, ST Telemedia, DHL, amongst others, ranked high in the 100 Best Companies to Work For.

Thirty-two or almost one-third of companies in the list of the top 100 employers to work for in Southeast Asia have a Singapore presence.

This is according to financial publication Fortune and consultancy firm Great Place To Work (GPTW) that published the 100 Best Companies to Work For list for Southeast Asia.

Only companies with consistently high survey responses from employees, regardless of their role, department, or status in the company, can secure a placement on the list, GPTW said.

Capella Hotels & Resorts was the highest-ranked Singapore-based employer at third place, with other local firms like ST Telemedia, Jebsen & Jessen, DHL, and Micron Technology also appearing on the regional list.

Over 1.3 million employees across Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam were invited to provide feedback, with more than 550,000 verified responses used to determine the rankings.
