The guide price for the shophouse is $21m.

A three-storey, 999-year conservation shophouse at 24 Ann Siang Road is up for sale via expression of interest (EOI), according to CBRE.

The property includes a basement and attic, and is fully leased to boutique offices.

The shophouse sits on a 1,644 sq. ft. plot and has a total floor area of 4,446 sq. ft. It is available for sale as a single asset.

Located in District 1 within the Ann Siang Hill heritage enclave, the shophouse benefits from high visibility and proximity to a curated mix of bars, restaurants, and boutiques. It is within walking distance of Maxwell, Telok Ayer, Chinatown, and Tanjong Pagar MRT stations.

The guide price for the shophouse is $21m, or approximately $4,723 per sq. ft. The property is open to both local and foreign buyers, with no ABSD or SSD applicable.

The EOI exercise closes on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, at 3 p.m.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
