Soon Hock Enterprise launches $48.1m IPO

It includes 66.4 million new shares.

Soon Hock Enterprise Holding, a Singapore-based industrial property developer, has launched its IPO, offering 21,577,000 shares at $0.58 each, ahead of its listing on the SGX Mainboard.

The IPO includes 66.4 million new shares and 16.6 million existing shares by Tan Yeow Khoon.

Of the total, 18.78 million shares will be offered internationally, and 2.8 million via a public offer in Singapore.

Cornerstone investors, including Amova Asset Management, ICHAM Master Fund, Maybank Asset Management, and five private investors, will subscribe for 61.42 million shares, totaling $35.63m.

The combined IPO and cornerstone subscription raise approximately $48.1m. Post-listing, Soon Hock Enterprise’s share capital will reach 310.6 million shares, with a market value of about $180.1m.

The IPO closes at 12:00 pm on 14 October 2025, with trading expected to start on 16 October 2025 at 9:00 am.
