Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust sells properties in Italy and Poland

Arkońska Business Park in Poland was sold for $11.79m.

Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SERT) has entered a binding agreement to sell Cassiopea 1-2-3 in Agrate Brianza, Italy, for $17.17m (€11.35m).

Completion is expected in Q4 2025, pending customary conditions, including a fire prevention certificate from the Italian Fire Brigade.

The property, comprising three interconnected buildings totaling 11,503 sqm, was valued at $16.69m (€11.03m) as of 30 June 2025.

Separately, SERT has completed the sale of Arkońska Business Park in Poland for $11.79m (€7.8m), with proceeds received on 17 September 2025.

Since early 2022, SERT has sold $460m (€303.7m) of non-strategic assets, achieving a 12.3% premium over independent valuations, Simon Garing, CEO of the manager, said.

“Proceeds are being redeployed into higher-value investments, including a $75.58m (€50m) stake in the AiOnX data centre development fund,” he said. “They also strengthen our portfolio focus on logistics, light industrial, and data centres, whilst keeping gearing within our target of 35–40%.”

Net proceeds will be used to reduce the revolving credit facility and/or for general working capital.

A divestment fee of $0.09m (€0.06) applies.

The transactions are not considered interested person transactions under the Listing Manual.

SERT continues to pursue selective divestments to improve portfolio quality, support stable distributions, and maintain a conservative capital structure.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
