Singapore’s 20 most influential 40 and under lawyers

Check out who made our cut.

Singapore Business Review put together a list of 20 most influential lawyers aged 40 and under who are thought leaders and have wielded some sort of influence in the legal industry.

Some of them probably are familiar names to you as they are usually quoted in the press on key legal issues. Some are authors of important legal articles and textbooks. Or, it is most likely that you have heard them speak in one of legal forums you attended.

More importantly, the list gave leeway to executives for their lofty positions and with client lists that would be the envy of any of their peers. Some of them advised on one of the country’s major transactions, and/or advised on one of the country’s most controversial cases.

They are arranged from the youngest to the oldest. If we have missed anyone, kindly email us and we will update our list.

Singapore Business Review calls for nominations for 40 and under most promising/influential people. Do you or anyone you know at 40 and below age bracket exhibit exemplary leadership and influence in your respective industry? Send a message to Lee Anne Babierra at [email protected]

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
