PropNex unit faces $586,000 lawsuit

Propnex Realty is among three co-defendants named in the lawsuit.

PropNex Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, PropNex Realty (PRL), has been named as one of the three co-defendants in a lawsuit filed in the High Court of the Republic of Singapore, it said in a bourse filing.

The lawsuit claims PRL was negligent and that they are responsible for a salesperson’s misrepresentation about a property deal.

The claimants are seeking $586,172 in damages, jointly and severally, from the defendants.
